The apartments were completed at the end of 2004 . 

They have been built on the Golf Side of Duquesa which is a 10 Minute walk to the port, so you can leave the car behind at night.

The community grounds are probably one of the most spacious on the Duquesa Estate. Apart from sub tropical plants they consist of Children’s play area with climbs and rides. 

Separate BBQ picnic area for balmy evenings.

Three huge community pools, which at least one can be seen from every apartment. The pools are shaped with ornate bridges and waterfalls.   Magnificent views of the Mediterranean from most terraces where you can relax and sip sangria.

Community Tennis courts within the grounds.

All the apartments consist of 1, 2, & 3 bedrooms. Traditional cream Marble floors throughout. Air conditioning & central heating.

The kitchens are equipped with all amenities, oven hob, family fridge freezer, microwave , washing machine & dishwasher. All Electric .
